Staff and faculty who are eligible for a Microsoft 365 A5 license can use Power BI Pro for no cost. Request a Microsoft 365 A5 License.
The following are not eligible and can purchase a standalone Power BI Pro license through eShop Microsoft 365 License Requests
- Temporary
- Exception
- Student
- Alumni
- Former Postdoc
Power BI Pro is supported primarily by Microsoft's help resources, although the IT Service Desk will make a best effort attempt to assist users.
